Design needed a little more thought

On initial inspection all appeared to be well. Good looking, heavy cast iron construction and easy to assemble, but on final assembly it was found that the wellington boots did not sit on the rods with the support knobs because they were too short resulting in the boots sitting on their ends allowing spiders and other wildlife to climb inside!!
