poor customer service

im writing about the poor service so far demonsstrated by this company, as anew company to the market place you would have felt they would do their upmost best , i have emailed them 2 times now and they have not responded, i needed to canx the order less then an hour after placing and they are yet to come back to me, 48 hrs and counting looks like im goignt o have to use the amazon guarantee shocking
