Screw insert defect

Chair well packed and we received a telephone call to say which day the chair wouldarrive. Unfortunately we threw all packaging away before starting to assemble the chair and then found that one of the screw inserts was damaged. It appeared that the hole had been drilled oversize which allowed the insert to turn and therefore was unable to be tightened. Managed to repair this (due to having engineering background) as we did not feel like returning this due to packaging being disposed of. Phoned Jati to inform them of this defect and they informed us that they would inspect their prdoucts in the future. This is why we have only given it 3 stars.

Great rocker!

Had this chair sent over to Spain. It is beautiful quality and very roomy to sit in. The back is high and gives good support to the head. Really pleased I found and bought it - am the happiest rocker round the Med!
