Unusual, solid and different

This is very much a matter of taste. Not usual furniture but its chunkiness, simple lines and colour certainly stand out. The two drawers are really useful and slide in and out easily. It is finished very well with a very smooth surface but unfortunately it is unable to take anything hot or wet on the surface. It may be a good idea to get a glass top cut to fit the top. It is made with mango wood. Mango wood is hard and dense with a multitude of shades of wood colours. Importantly it is a sustainable resource and widely available in India and Bangladesh. This is made in India and looks as if made by hand. I love its looks. Some may not, but it will definitely get noticed.
