When we first received the item there was a faulty part. Raygar were very fast to respond and send out a replacement piece - I can't fault their customer service. The item was easy to put together, and the finished article looks great and is as solid as a rock. We will be buying more of this range in the future.

This storage chest is great! We are using it as a coffee table with the additional bonus of being able to hide children's toys, games, etc, in too! It looks lovely and has a more 'rustic' edge to it which is what we were looking for. We live in an old cottage and didn't want a table with a 'polished' look to it - this chest does the trick!
