A beautifully crafted Extending Dining table made entirely of Solid Oak. This Dining table when extended, can seat up to 6 people comfortably. The beauty of this table comes from displaying the wood in its simplest raw form as the timbers exude their natural beauty from its grain. This dining table is designed with practicality in mind. It features an extending leaf at each end that simply pulls out and slots into place. Once the extensions are no longer required, they simply retract, and store neatly within the table frame. The table top and leaves are crafted from premium grade solid oak and all are 28mm thick, giving each piece a robust and solid feel. In order to maintain the magnificent look that only Solid Oak can give, simply treat with Furniture Wax 3-4 times a year. This set is comprised of 3 boxes. The Dining set also includes 4 fantastic leather dining chairs in dark brown genuine real leather with real solid oak legs. Scroll back seat for extra comfort. Still solid after 3 years

We wanted to replace some rather tired Ikea furniture with something more solid and timeless.It is over three years now since we bought the table and four chairs and, apart from needing to tighten up the table legs once (a simple job with a spanner) this set has remained as good looking as the day we bought it.Having two young children we were worried that the surface might get marked or scratched but so far it has shown no signs of wear at all.The only minor design complaint is the narrow groove that runs around the perimeter of the table, about an inch or two in from the edge which traps crumbs very effectively... We bought a little novelty table vacuum to remove these!This furniture was a good investment, has needed virtually no maintenance, seems to be of very good, solid quality and we are very pleased with our purchase three years on.
