Great Chairs

Arrived quickly and very comfortable. Sadly there was no instructions and I was unsure as to the use of the tag at the side of each chair to allow them to move freely [I was worried about forcing the fitting and breaking it].The suppliers have been very good in helping but I am still waiting for a reply from the manufacturers.

A reflexologists dream!

This item is a great product, extremely affordable, very comfortable and was delivered quickly. I am a reflexologist and have been searching for a reflexologist's treatment chair for quite some time now. I soon discovered they are essentially garden recliners that are massively over priced. Gaining this knowledge I then started looking at garden recliners as they were more affordable, the problem I now faced was making sure I picked one that reclined enough as to raise my clients legs & feet to a comfortable height to work on. This recliner does exactly that, if you are a reflexologist, looking for a treatment chair, then look no further...this multi position garden relaxer (reflexology treatment recliner) is a must buy product!Hope my honesty has helped,Regards...

Bad quality, difficult company

I purchased 2 of these recliners and within 2 weeks the joints started to rust on both of them.I alerted the company 'Cheaper On-line Ltd' and informed of this. Instead of offering to come and collect the items they requested photos initially and when I couldnt provide these wanted me to return the items at my expense. They said they would refund me once they had seen the fault. Lots of emails went back and fore with me requesting they collect and them refusing to do so.I would not deal with this company again as they have made it SO difficult to return the items and I am still awaiting a refund of both loungers and postage costs.
