A big disappointment

So unlike the illustration - practically a different item. It is the only time I have had to return an item to Amazon. Despite having received acknowledgement of its return, a month later I am still waiting for a refund. Extremely disappointing and definitely not "fit for purpose" as far as I am concerned.

Chairs are exactly as illustrated, comfortable, easy to adjust, fold down fairly flat and are generally as described. Sitting position could be more upright as it is semi-reclined. Reasonable quality, good value for money.
