Not very good...

The chair arrived poorly packed, with the result that the contents had moved around inside the packaging and one of the metal fittings had gouged the wooden components, but I didn't spot this until I was putting it together.Minimal assembly was required, and it all seemed to fit together okay. The metal fittings appeared to be plated steel, rather than brass, and the finish on the table didn't match the chair.On putting it together, I noticed the damage that had been caused in transit.I guess you get what you pay for, so for 149 squids it would have been just about value for money. At the full price (£199) I wouldn't go near it.The reasons I am giving this item only two stars rather than three, are twofold - firstly the item was unusable due to damage, and secondly, the difficulty I experienced in returning it and the unacceptable delay in getting my money back.To be fair to the seller, I had used them before and they had generally been good. Not sure what happened here - things obviously can and do go wrong with every system. However I was left feeling very, very dissatisfied with both the product and couldn't care-less customer service and would think twice about buying from them again.

great chair

Arrived ok good customer service as I had wrong cushion in the box but sorted very quickly. love this chair very comfortable but as soon as I took delivery the weather changed and havn't used it since!! Hope that changes soon!
