Do Not Buy This Product

I bought this item as it was the best match to 3 other stools I bought 3 years ago.After 1 week the seat came off revealing the screw ends that were holding the seat to the metal base and were only 3 mm long.The company were contacted and a refund promised and a return date was arranged. Good so far. Then, instead of the item being collected a replacement seat was delivered, or attempted to be delivered as it didn't get past my front door.The broken chair was not collected and has now been recycled as the company have not responded to my communication for collection.I did get my money back though.
