The Ambient Lounge Blue Sky Eclipse Conversion Outdoor Bean Bag Lounger is a surprisingly sophisticated way to relax, featuring high quality construction and a unique design. This lounger has a foldable frame, and flips out from a chair position to become a full-body lounger or even a spare bed. When not in use, it folds up for storage in small spaces. Best of all, thanks to its rough and tough (yet surprisingly soft) exterior, this lounger can be used indoors or out. The fabric cover is made from distinctive Elements fabric, which is a weatherproof nylon bonded with a heavy-duty rubberized backing for water resistance. The cover closes with two durable YKK zippers and features a built-in carrying handle as well as an air vent to maintain air flow. Contoured piping along the seams helps the lounger keep its shape and prevents wear and tear.

A disaster....

Ordered the product for Christmas.All that was delivered was a bag of polysterene balls...I contacted Amazon, they could not resend the correct order so I am forced to return it.2 highly irritating issues:1. I opened the box on Christmas day to find a load of balls; that meant no present...2. I have to go to the trouble of returning the item, a chore I can live without...I don't think they could have engneered a worse customer experience.
