Good product let down by poor customer service

The product was delivered ahead of schedule and in good condition. But it came without assembly instructions so I haven't been able to use it. Although assembly appears simple, there are many different ways in which the parts can be put together, some right, some wrong. i contacted the seller and was told that assembly instructions would be emailed that afternoon - they weren't. Despite further contact, I am still waiting for assembly instructions three days later. I cannot recommend this supplier.

sun lounger

Arrived promptly, packaging a bit battered but not really damaged. When opened, one of the loungers (I ordered 2) had one of it's little black feet missing completely. This won't affect my use of it but it was a little disappointing. All other aspects were as advertised, very comfy cushions. Can't wait for some decent weather next year to get full use!!

The cushion arrived with top zip brokenI do feel sad that I cannot use it as it is far too low on the groundUnable to return as I live in a very small home and do not have anywhere to store packaging hence bin men came same day and it was put out for them to take. I am 82 years old so think you will understand difficulty and I was so looking forward to laying in the sun (what sun !!!!)
