Viners cutlery.,

The cheaper ranges of Viners Cutlery is not as good as the cheaper ranges of the late sixties when I married.I am still using the ones I bought in 1968.I bought this set for my daughter along with a set of wooden handled steak knives and forks by a different manufacturer.The Viners set arrived in its cardboard display box but the packer had sensibly slid the purple card out of the box (with the one set of four items tied to it) and reversed it in the box.This was because the forks have a beautiful curve which could have been spoilt or got damaged or could have pushed through the packing.Nice to look at and comfortable to use, inexpensive but I don't think they they will last forty years.
